Business Manager

We are looking for a Business Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, TX.

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our presence in Central Texas and are seeking a Business Manager who is eager to play a key role in establishing and supporting our operations along the I-35 corridor.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day office operations, including coordination with vendors, facilities, and general administrative needs
  • Assist with project setup, including entering and maintaining contract and project information
  • Coordinate with project managers and accounting to support internal financial processes and ensure accurate project information
  • Help monitor project performance by tracking fees, budgets, and key metrics
  • Assist with resource planning and staff utilization tracking in coordination with project leadership
  • Prepare routine financial and operational reports to support leadership decision-making
  • Maintain accurate and organized project and operational records
  • Support documentation, reporting, and internal processes related to project and office operations

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business management, operations, or finance (architecture/engineering/design firm experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of project-based environments and financial fundamentals
  • Experience supporting financial reporting, budgeting, or forecasting processes
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams and leadership levels
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
