As we continue to grow, we are expanding our presence in Central Texas and are seeking a Senior Project Manager who is excited to help establish and grow our footprint along the I-35 corridor. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping our presence in the region—building client relationships, leading impactful projects, and contributing to the long-term success of our Central Texas studio.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of landscape architecture projects from concept through construction, ensuring alignment with client goals, site conditions, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide creative direction and oversight for site planning, grading, planting design, and outdoor space programming.
  • Apply technical expertise to create landscape designs that address client needs, respond thoughtfully to site-specific conditions, meet permitting requirements, and result in buildable, maintainable solutions.
  • Manage project teams, delegate tasks, and mentor junior staff in both design and technical development.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to integrate site and building design seamlessly.
  • Oversee preparation of drawings, specifications, and construction documentation, ensuring technical accuracy and quality control.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for landscape scope, presenting design concepts and managing feedback.
  • Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and design investigations to inform project strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with zoning codes, environmental regulations, and sustainability standards.
  • Review project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to maintain project profitability and timelines.
  • Lead or contribute to proposals, interviews, and business development efforts.

Required Skills

  • Professional degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program; licensure preferred.
  • 15+ years of professional experience managing complex projects across all phases
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships at a high level.
  • Proven experience in financial management, project scheduling, and contract administration.
  • Proficiency in Revit and related design and project management tools preferred.
